Earlier on Tuesday, March 29th, 2022 Mrs. Kafaya Joseph from Agbetu Village, Osiele, in Odeda Local Government, Ogun State was blessed with a set of triplets.
However, the good news was immediately greeted with financial challenges as the mother of the newborn babies was financially incapacitated to meet the needs of her children.
The Chairman of Odeda local government, Hon. Folasade Adeyemo; when she learned about the news decided to pay a visit to the mother of the babies and upon her arrival at the Health Centre, she and her entourage were received by Dr. Alayaki and the nurses on duty who confirmed to the chairman that both the children and their mother are in perfect health condition but they need financial assistance to cater for the immediate needs of the children.
The Chairman lent a helping hand to the family by donating cash gifts to the mother of the newborns and she promised future interventions and assistance to the family.
Howbeit, she also calls on well-meaning sons and daughters of Odeda Local Government, the good people of Ogun State, and patriotic Nigerians to rise to the needs of Mrs. Kafaya Joseph and her triplets.
Honorable Folasade appealed to all to lend a helping hand in whatever capacity (both in cash and kinds) to the woman and her little angels.
