The residents of Isara Remo, Remo North Local Government, Ogun are happy with the present administration in Ogun state under the leadership of His Excellency Prince Dapo Abiodun, MFR for donating today, Monday, 29th August, 2022, a 300 KVA Transformer to solve the age-long epileptic electricity supply in the area.
The excitements of the people of the community, including the young and the old since the arrival of the 300KVA transformer had known no bounds as they continue to express joy and savour the excitement that come with the new addition to their community.
The residents of the community lamented that the community, located around Bookseller, have been in darkness for over 2 years due to the poor condition of their transformer.
But, the community leaders, market women and men, artisans, community development associations, etc showed their appreciation to Governor Dapo Abiodun for taken them out of the darkness that have affected their lives and businesses negatively over years.
The Government Liaison Officer, Remo North Local Government, Omo’ba Abiola Ogundeko noted that, the lives, health, businesses, work and security of lives and property of the community must have been affected negatively due to the sustained power outage in the area.
But, he thanked His Excellency, Prince Dapo Abiodun, MFR, Executive Governor of Ogun State for donating a brand new 300KVA transformer to the community an he promised the community’s unalloyed support for him.
In his remarks, the council’s boss, Hon. (Prince) Adedapo Odunsi, thanked His Excellency, Prince Dapo Abiodun, MFR for taken the community out of darkness due to the faulty transformer. Prince Adedapo Odunsi called for continued support of the good people of Isara Remo and Remo North Local Government in general.
The transformer was well received by the community development associations, political functionaries, youths, market women and men, artisans, etc.
