Ifo/Ewekoro Federal Constituency is a political creation at the lower arm of the Federal Legislature in Nigeria in seeking the interest of people of Ifo and Ewekoro communities in Ogun State.
The persons that have emerged as Members of House of Representatives (MHR) till date have been high performers.
The obligation of whoever acts in the capacity of an MHR is to observe, peruse over and research on happenings, needs and situations within his immediate constituency.
He will work assiduously on it, get the merits and the demerits, define its national relevance, present it on the floor of the house and pursue it with all vigour to become a bill.
When such bill(s) is passed, it becomes a national document for creating a better society.
I can say it that the MHRs from Ifo/Ewekoro have not disappointed the constituents in this regard till date.

As the name implies — IFO/EWEKORO Federal Constituency, this IMPORTANT POLITICAL PORTFOLIO is meant for Ifo and Ewekoro communities i.e. every son and daughter of Ifo and Ewekoro extraction including the writer (POTA) that is reasonably educated, have a selfless mind in serving the people and has no criminal record is qualified to become an MHR via the people’s vote.
IFO as an integral part of Ifo/Ewekoro Federal Constituency has ample opportunity to produce the incoming Member of House of Representatives (MHR) for 2023 going by the occupation of the seat by our capable and high performing MHR from Ewekoro since 2015 till date.

I could recall while growing up the inscription IFAW Railway Station.
The British pronounced IFO as IFAW which was so important population and agricultural wise then to have a railway station in the early 19 centuries.
Great and competent people who have excelled in various fields of endeavours abound in IFO and one among them can represent IFO/EWEKORO at the Federal House of Representatives come 2023.
