It was yet another busy but productive week for the people of Odeda local government area as Hon. Folasade Adeyemo explored another dimension to enhance the quality of education across the nooks and crannies of Odeda in line with her GBAYI mantra which promises to improve the quality of education across the LGA.
The chairman launched one of her Educational projects, tagged Education Empowerment Program (EEP), and has impacted many homes as incentives were rolled out to support our pupils and their parents.
The chairman and her team, comprising the leader of Odeda Legislative Council, and some other councillors kicked off the program and have touched down on some schools already.
Writing materials and learning tools; sufficient for an academic session, were handed over to each student as an incentive to help in their studies.
Every child should have access to basic education because that’s the best legacy we can bequeath to our society, our nation, and the world at large, the chairman asserted.
Meanwhile, the Chairman has vowed not to relent on her effort to rejig the educational framework in Odeda LGA.
