The entire people of Odeda local government showered encomium on Hon. Folasade Adeyemo led administration as she marked her 100 days in office with massive unprecedented landmark achievement in accordance with her GBAYI MANTRA.
Preceding the anniversary, a Novelty match was scheduled between the students of Egba-Odeda High School and Salawu Abiola High School where the Chairman kicked off the match with a brilliant spot kick, as good as the last goal scored by Cristiano Ronaldo in the Champions league.
The grand ceremony commemorating the 100 days anniversary was held on Wednesday 3rd November, 2021 at the Local Government Secretariat.
Speaking at the event, Hon. Folasade Adeyemo was glad to have another opportunity to say “thank you” to the people of Odeda local for entrusting the affairs of Odeda local government into her care via ballot, she also expressed her gratitude to all the political and religious leaders, elders and political stakeholders in Odeda local government.
Some of the outstanding achievements of the Hon. Adeyemo’s led administration include;
Evacuation of illicit dumpsites at OLG Pry School Obantoko
Evacuation of illicit Dumpsite at Eleweran

Fixing of Potholes at Kotopo
Evacuation of blocked drainage in front of VIO office, Camp Area
The resuscitation of borehole at the Council Secretariat (It has been bad for about 10 years prior to this time) this was done in partnership with a philanthropist; a daughter of the Soil, Mrs Bunmi Ibrahim (Nee Sanusi)
Renovation of the office buildings at the Secretariat,
Purchase of two brand new Bajaj Motorcycles for security purpose
Foundation laid for 66 lock up shops at Gbonagun Market, Odo-Eran Obantoko (P-PP on BoT terms)
Foundation laid for 14 Open Stalls at Gbonagun Market, Odo-Eran Obantoko (P-PP on BoT terms)
Empowerment for 50 petty traders across the 10 wards of the local government with #10,000 cash to augment their petty trading (5 beneficiaries from each ward)
Donations of 2 Brand New Wheeled-Chairs to physically challenged persons in Odeda local government
Construction of 12 toilets and bathroom at Kila Market under processing
Empowerment of Youth/Women in Food Processing, Make-up artistry and Agro-Processing (Through National Directorate of Employment
Collaboration with RAAMP (Rural Access and Agricultural Marketing Project) agents for rehabilitations of all our rural roads (Inspection done already)
Collaboration with NAWOJ to celebrate all rural women in Odeda LG, (100 of participants went home with gifts and free medical checkup was conducted on all)
Collaboration with RUWATSAN (Rural Water and Sanitation Agency of Nigeria) to educate rural dwellers on the hazards of environmental pollution and warning them against open defecation.

These and so many others unmentioned projects were done within the first 100 days of Hon. Folasade Adeyemo led administration in Odeda local government.
Due to her love and partnership with the current administration of Hon. Folasade Adeyemo, A Philanthropic Award was conferred on Chief (Mrs.) Bunmi Ibraheem for her passion-driven gesture towards the development of the Local Government.
Hon Folasade Adeyemo was presented with an award for Excellence by the Nigeria Union of Teachers, Odeda Local Government branch and there were commissioning of some projects within the Local Government Secretariat.
The event witnessed the presence royal fathers led by HRM the Olu of Odeda, top dignitaries of the party (APC) such as, Chief Yemi Sanusi, the Ogun State APC Chairman, Hon Olumide Osoba, a member of the Federal House of Representatives, Hon. Oludaisi Elemide, representing Odeda State Constituency in the Ogun State House of Assembly, Chief (Hon.) Musulumi Saka, the APC Chairman in Odeda Local Government and Hon Semiu Bola Lawal, the immediate past Chairman of the Council. Others include Hon. Nasiru Yaya Adigun, the vice chairman, Mrs Funke Adeniji, the Head of Local Government Administration, Directors and Heads of various Departments, Traditional rulers, political and religious leaders and the well-meaning people of Odeda local government.
