The Iyaloja General of Nigeria, Chief Mrs. Modijat Folasade Tinubu- Ojo has been very relentless in her drive to securing the women voters’ quarter in favor of the APC Presidential flagbearer and her father; Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu as she hit the ground running, consulting and strategizing widely for the actualization of the ultimate victory of Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu come 2023
Her passion and consultation took her to the office of the National Women leader of the ruling party; APC as she was hosted by the National Women Leader of the All-Progressives Congress APC Dr. Betta Edu yesterday July 6th, 2022 in Abuja.
The visit according to Mrs. Folasade Tinubu-Ojo is in recognition of Dr Betta Edu’s leadership roles in promoting gender mainstreaming and mobilization of women in APC and Nigeria and her doggedness in repositioning the women folks in Nigeria political space which she described as laudable.
She further enjoined women across the country to intensify their prayers for the emergence of Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu as the President of the country in the 2023 election as this will create better opportunities for women and strategically position them for improved access in leadership and governance.
Iyaloja General also thanked all the Think-Tank of the National women leader for their support for the ever-amazing Dr. Betta Edu.
In her response, Dr Betta Edu appreciated the Iyaloja general for the visit, acknowledged her outstanding leadership role in mobilization and welfare of grassroots women in the country. She also gave the assurance on the readiness of APC/Nigeria Women to give Asiwaju Bola Tinubu more than 30million votes in the coming election.
In attendance were Hajiya Zainab Ibrahim, Deputy National Women Leader, All APC zonal women leaders and other female stakeholders of the APC.
Likewise several other support groups came around between 6th-7th of July to solidarize with Iyaloja General of Nigeria on her moves and strategic Nation-wide consultation for the forthcoming general election.
Asiwaju Support Group known as Project 37 also paid a courtesy visit to Iyaloja General where they presented their blue prints and promised to deliver over a million votes for Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu in the coming general election.
A Non-Governmental Organization known as Wake-up Nigeria Initiative also paid a visit to Chief Mrs. Folasade Tinubu-Ojo and they presented their corporate profile to her and they talked to her on the need to vote a man like Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu whose track records epitomizes good governance and qualitative administration.
The group leader however promised to work with every necessary organ towards the actualization of BAT PROJECT’23.
In the same vein another support group know as VOTE FOR ASIWAJU BOLA AHMED TINUBU FOR PRESIDENT 2023 also came to present their lined-up programs for the general election to Chief Mrs. Folasade Tinubu-Ojo and they pledge their unflinching support for the candidature of Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu.
Last but not the least is the courtesy visit by the APC Women in Politics (ANWIP) to the resident of Chief Mrs. Folasade Tinubu-Ojo, the group leader Mrs. Kazeem promised to do all within her power to canvass for Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu through several political apparatus available to her and her team members and they also seized the opportunity to present a proposal of PATRONESS title in honour of the great works, most especially several women empowerment scheme that have been sponsored through the office of the Iyaloja General of Nigeria and they also seized the opportunity to unveil a giant portrait frame to honour their host.
The National Grand-Matron of @BatProjects23 and the Iyaloja General of Nigeria, Chief Mrs. Folasade Tinubu-Ojo earlier today, July 7th, 2022 paid a courtesy visit to the office of Senate Chief Whip, Sen. Orji Kalu in the company of other women leaders. The visit is not unconnected with how to harmonize strategies towards the forthcoming general election
The Iyaloja general reacted to all these gestures with her mouth showering encomiums on all the support groups, NGOs and the great women organs of the ruling All progressives Congress for unveiling on time their various programs for the forthcoming general and she charged them to spread the zeal by encouraging every community closest to them to register and make themselves eligible to exercise their franchise in he forthcoming general elections
In her closing remarks she thanked all Nigerians who have supported Asiwaju’s dream up till this moment and further appealed to them to seal the victory by ensuring that all the eligible voters in their respective homes and communities cast their votes and stand by their votes until it is counted and remitted to the appropriate authorities.
